Device Return Instructions

Thank you for participating in the in-home sleep test provided by The Sleep Institute. To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the instructions outlined below. For Remote Studies (Canada Post Drop-off):

Packaging: Place the sleep test device and all accompanying equipment back into the original box in which it was delivered. Retrieve Your Shipping Label: Visit the following link to generate your shipping label:Return Label Link. Canada Post Return ID Number: PR138332. Printing Your Label: Ensure your printer is ready and loaded with a standard 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper. Click on the provided link to generate and print your shipping label. Attach the Label: Securely affix the printed label to the outside of the package, making sure it is clearly visible. Drop-off at Canada Post: You can drop off the package at any Canada Post location. Please remember to keep the receipt provided by Canada Post as proof of shipment. For In-Person Pick-ups: If you received the device in person, you are welcome to drop it off at the reception the following day.
